1. Mandatory Bidders’ site walk-through has been scheduled for 1:00 pm on 18th day of August 2022 at the project location.
2. Entry to site is located on Provincial Road 302, approximately 120 metres south of James Avenue, Beausejour, Manitoba.
3. General Contractor and major subtrade Bidders are invited.
4. Representatives of Consultant and Owner will be in attendance.
5. Sign-In/Attendance sheet will be circulated to attendees if e-mail/contact information is provided on Sign-In sheet.
6. Information relevant to Bid Documents will be recorded in Addendum and uploaded to Merx.

Ensure offers are signed under seal, executed, and dated and are received by Consultant located at 385 St. Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00 pm local time on 15th day of September 2022.
Offers submitted after above time will be returned to Bidder unopened.
Offers will be opened privately immediately after time for receipt of Bids.
Amendments to submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing prior to Bid closing and if endorsed by same party or parties who signed and sealed offer.
