Description

Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work to combine existing domestic water services with sprinkler water services for Shelter Canadian Properties Ltd. (Hoka Ltd.) as described herein, for three buildings located at 61-155 Paramount Road, Winnipeg, MB, for Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.

Scope of work will include disconnection and abandonment of three 50mm domestic water services from City of Winnipeg mains, tie in of 50mm domestic water piping to existing 200mm sprinkler services, and installation of new 200mm backflow preventers on the sprinkler services. Refer to Section 01 11 00 – Summary of Work for further description of the project scope.
