PROPOSAL CALL FOR
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF
YORK FACTORY FIRST NATION SCHOOL PROJECT
The purpose of the Proposal Call is to outline the services required of the Project Management Services relative to the design and construction of the York Factory School Project.
Scope of Works
The scope of work for this Project is to provide engineering services for the planning, design and construction of the proposed School Project in York Factory First Nation.
a) Construction of a 547.75 sq.m. expansion and renovation to the existing 1433 sq.m. school building based upon the preferred option in the feasibility study
· Including sewer and water repairs to the existing school’s water and sewer infrastructure and water and sewer service connection to new teacherages;
· Including site development of school grounds;
· Construction of a new school warehouse
· Demolish temporary classroom, school storage building, teacherage trailer and a trailer
· Removate the duplex and triplex teacherage units.
· Construction of 228 sq.m. of new teacherages
· Tender and non-resident services for the Furniture/classroom fit-up
Proposals are invited at this time, and will be followed by the selection and award of the contract by the York Factory First Nation. Interested firms must submit four (4) hard copies and a CR-ROM copy of their proposal to the address below no later than 14:00 hours, CST time, Wednesday, October 12, 2016. The Project Team reserves the right to cancel the activity or change the schedule at any time. The proposal submission envelope should read: “Tender for Project Management Services for the Design and Construction of the York Factory First Nation School Project” and be addressed to:
