The intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals from vendors for the procurement and implementation of a hyper-converged system to virtualize key business applications and infrastructure solutions.
　
If interested, please acknowledge and send your intent to bid to procurement@collegeoftrades.ca by no later than 5:00PM (EST) on October 26, 2017.

All questions and inquiries regarding this RFP should be submitted to procurement@collegeoftrades.ca by no later than 5:00PM (EST) on October 27, 2017.

Please note that submissions must be received by the College in 6 (six) hard copies and 1 (one) electronic version (PDF on a USB stick) before 3:00PM (EST) on November 1, 2017. Email submissions will NOT be accepted.

The outer envelope shall:
- be addressed to Ontario College of Trades at 655 Bay Street, Suite 600, Toronto, Ontario, M5G 2K4
- be marked with:    RFP No. OCOT/ IT/2017-04/Server Refresh

b)    The two inner envelopes shall indicate the name and address of the proposer company.

-The first inner envelope shall include technical component and be marked with
“1-Technical Proposal, RFP No. OCOT/IT/2017-04/Server Refresh”

-The second inner envelope shall include the price component and be marked with
“2-Financial Proposal, RFP No. OCOT/IT/2017-04/Server Refresh”
