Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (“OPSEU”) to professional and experienced workplace investigators to submit proposals to conduct a workplace investigation into allegations of misconduct within OPSEU.

Proponents should provide a detailed overview of their experience in providing independent workplace investigations into workplace complaints, bullying, harassment, employee misconduct and failure to follow Organization Policies/Directives. Experience in conducting workplace investigations in a unionized environment, particularly in the public and the broader public sectors, are considered an asset. Proponents should also provide a detailed description of their proposed fee for service arrangement with OPSEU. Please note that travel throughout the Province of Ontario may be required for the successful proponent.
