Description

The University of Ottawa seeks to create a qualified roster of Digital Marketing Agencies that may partner with different faculties and services. Agencies awarded MSAs may proceed to a second stage qualification though either RFQ or IRFP process to award term agreements for their annual recruitment and marketing initiatives.
These strategic digital marketing partners will need to have proven experience in managing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns. With goals to promote a mix of graduate and undergraduate programs to both domestic and international audiences through platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
The selected partners must demonstrate deep expertise in managing full-service digital marketing campaigns that align with higher education recruitment goals. Given the dynamic nature of the digital landscape, we require bilingual partners who are data-driven, agile, and capable of optimizing for both lead volume and conversion quality.
