Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Respondents to submit Responses for Aerial Survey Measurements, as is further described in RFP Attachment 1 – Detailed Scope and Requirements. As part of a national-scale effort to develop annual measurement-based methane inventories for Canada’s oil and gas sector, we are planning comprehensive large-scale aerial measurement campaigns to detect methane emission sources and quantify emission rates at a sample of approximately 15,000 upstream oil and gas sites across Western Canada.
