Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for Salesforce Experience Cloud Implementation Partner.
The Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) is seeking a Proponent certified in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud development to support the creation of a custom student portal which will be utilized by ~12,000 undergraduate students. This portal will be built on Salesforce Experience Cloud and will allow students to discover, track, and engage with co-curricular opportunities and monitor progress toward extracurricular accomplishments utilizing the current Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud Enterprise edition org.
The Proponent will be responsible for designing and developing key components of the portal, including but not limited to custom Lightning components, Apex functionality, CSS styling, and permission set configurations. The portal will leverage Salesforce data to personalize and recommend engagements to students and incorporate a gamified system of badges, points, and rewards tied to student participation.
This project aims to deliver a scalable, student-facing digital experience that enhances out-of-classroom engagement and supports ongoing student development through personalized and trackable activities.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
