Description

The Peace River Regional District (the “Regional District”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants experienced with Best Practices and progressive land development principles for the of the creation of Subdivision & Development Servicing Bylaws for the Peace River Regional District.

This document outlines the overall scope of professional consulting services, the basic requirements for the proposal document and provides the evaluation criteria to be used as the basis for awarding the assignment. The Successful Proponent must have an experienced team of planners, engineers and technical staff to complete the assignment and be able to demonstrate suitable knowledge and experience working with local governments and regional subdivision & development servicing regulations.
