Description

PMG Technologies Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "PMG") is issuing a call for tenders to retain the services of an engineering consulting firm (hereinafter the "Bidder") on standing offer for technical services on capital projects at Motor Vehicle Test Centre (hereinafter the "MVTC") of Transport Canada in Blainville. PMG operates and manages MVTC.
The successful tenderer must provide all the normal services that are usually required for this type of project. The successful tenderer will be awarded one or more contracts, on ad hoc and individual orders, as required, until March 31st, 2028.
PMG does not undertake to award a minimum number of contracts to the successful tenderer.
Projects involving construction of new buildings or addition will be carried out as a percentage of the cost of construction, other projects will be charged at hourly rates. The engineering firms shall be licensed to practice in the province of Quebec
