Description

Demolition of existing house, except for foundation walls. The work intends to keep the foundation wall, footings and basement slab undamaged. All the structure and building materials above the foundation walls will have to be demolished and hauled way, including the floor and furring walls and interior portions in the basement, as well as the flooring on the basement slab. The front porch of the house will need to be completely demolished including its foundation and footings. Please refer to the attached drawing for more information.
