As a condition of award of this Contract, it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend the Site Conditions and Investigations meeting on Friday, October 16, 2020. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends the meeting and is registered as having attended. Due to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, pre-registration is required. Please contact Rob Stone via email at rstone@nbpower.com on Thursday, October 15, 2020 before 3:00pm to pre-register.
When attending the meeting, appropriate PPE will be required, as well as social distancing will be maintained.

Meeting time(s): For convenience one meeting will begin at 9:00 AM. If the attendance registration is high, another meeting will be scheduled at a later date. Note: The Tenderer shall attend one (1) meeting only.
