Description

HMMS currently owns and operates out of 3 main locations, 180, 184 and 188 Stronach Crescent in London, Ontario; consisting of approximately 58,000 square feet of combined warehouse and office spaces. HMMS also maintains a presence within the London hospital facilities, occupying approximately 10,000 square feet of cumulative storage space. In addition to these areas, HMMS is also utilizing approximately 50,000 square feet of rented office and warehouse space.
With the current scope of the organization, HMMS is now maximizing their existing owned spaces and will be looking to expand their footprint to accommodate increased scope of operations moving forward.
HMMS is looking to engage the expertise of a consultant for the development of a Business Case to determine the optimal space requirements for HMMS to maintain current, and future increased, operations.
While the current facilities are owned, HMMS is open to investigating lease vs owned models as part of the eventual strategy.
The successful consultant will be provided Existing Building Conditions Reports, Phase 1 ESA report and a Functional Program Assessment.
HMMS will choose a real estate agent, through a separate and independent process, if/when that service is required.
The successful proponent may also be engaged in an additional Phase to this project where an implementation plan may be requested.
