Description of Work :

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC)

requires professional services, as required, for the expertise required to develop and deliver training associated with the implementation and adoption of new technologies.

The IT Instructors will be responsible for providing expertise and mentoring to operational teams, developing training content and documentation and providing end-user training and coaching in support of various projects. The technologies requiring IT training support include: Open Text Content Server, SharePoint, M365 and/or MS Teams.
