Correctional Services Canada (CSC) CORCAN has a requirement for the supply, delivery, and off-loading of PVC Extrusions for delivery to various CSC locations in Canada. It is estimated that 50% of call-ups will be for Cowansville Institution in Quebec, 20% for Dorchester Institution in New Brunswick, 20% for Joyceville Institution in Ontario, and 10% for all other institutions. One standing offer will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The aim is for the standing offer to go into effect on April 1, 2021 and conclude on March 31, 2022, with four (4) one-year option periods to follow. Call-ups will be made on an as requested basis over the period of the Standing Offer.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.

The Phased Bid Compliance Process applies to this requirement.

Note: Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. This email address is to be used to open an epost Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003, or to send bids through an epost Connect message if the bidder is using its own licensing agreement for epost Connect.

It is the Bidders responsibility to ensure the request for opening an epost Connect conversation is sent to the email address above at least six days before the solicitation closing date.

Bids transmitted by facsimile or hardcopy to PWGSC will not be accepted.
