Sealed proposals will be received by Capital Planning and Operations, University of New Brunswick, Fredericton Campus, until 3:00 p.m. (local time), November 20, 2020 for the following project:

Design Services - Biomass System Renewal
Central Heating Plant
University of New Brunswick
Fredericton Campus

Proposals must be submitted through UNB's online Bonfire portal at the following address:

Project includes the provision of complete design and engineering services including conceptual, schematic, and detailed design.

A site visit to examine existing conditions has not been scheduled but can be arranged by contacting the project contact person.

The terms and conditions of the NB Procurement Act and Canadian Free Trade Agreement apply.

The University in not bound to accept the lowest or any proposal and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for whatever reason or reasons the University deems proper at its own discretion.
