Description

The Town of Okotoks (Town) is seeking proposals for a qualified planning Consultant to develop a Business Park Area Structure Plan (ASP) for the northeast area of the Town of Okotoks referred to as the “North Point Area Structure Plan”. The plan area is described as 660 ac (267 ha) west of Highway 2, east of 48 street, bisected by 338 Avenue.
