Project description: Convert existing ground floor laboratory space into office space in Hazen Hall including by not limited to demolition of existing concrete block walls, ceilings, casework, plumbing, ventilation and electrical complete with hazardous materials. New work will be spray applied fireproofing, new walls, ceiling, flooring and casework with modifications to existing plumbing, ventilation and electrical as per tender documents.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 09, 2020, at 9:00 am starting at the CP&PD meeting room under the Facilities Management Office. Alternate or additional visits may be arranged by contacting the Project Manager prior to Monday, November 09, 2020 at 8:00 am. Contractors are not to visit the site without contacting the Project Manager.
BID BOND
A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price must accompany your Tender submission.
