Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to receive proposal submissions from qualified and experienced Vendors that are interested in, and capable of, assisting the AER for following activities related to enforcement abandonment:
1) Construction of access road and well lease preparation and well pressure inspection
2) Review the well file and prepare downhole diagrams, where available
3) Prepare an abandonment program and cost estimate, Prepare an abandonment and cost estimates
4) Evaluate the well and site which lacks records for determination of risk mitigation options, with cost estimates.
5) Wellsite supervision ensuring strict adherence to all AER, Workplace Health and Safety, and other applicable regulations
6) Procurement, payment and administration of all third-party services
7) Disposition and sale of all salvaged downhole and surface equipment
8) Site clean-up of pits, dikes, cement pads, plastic sheeting, wood planks (not official ‘reclamation’)
9) Other (as per Section 7 Scope and Deliverables)
