Notice is hereby given by BCNET of its intent to direct award a contract to TURNITIN, LLC ("TurnItIn") to provide similarity checking software to BCNET members.

In the event that no other potential suppliers come forward with a Statement of Capabilities, as specified in Section 4 of this NOI, that meets the requirements outlined in this Notice of Intent ("NOI") before the Closing, BCNET will direct award to TurnItIn.
