Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by Vancouver Community College to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Telephone Upgrade Services.

The purpose of this RFP is to find a qualified proponent to provide the College with Telephone Upgrades Services to migrate from existing Mitel Phones to Microsoft Teams Phones. The project requires the existing Mitel telephony hardware to be configured to run on Teams, professional services for transition and support services for existing analog lines/phones that will continue operating (will not be transitioned to Teams).

The primary objective of this project is to decommission Mitel phone system and transition to Teams before June 30, 2021
