Summary Details:
The purpose of this Request for Tender (the "RFT") is to solicit Tenders for a general contractor to complete the interior renovations and new construction required to construct new Universal/Inclusive Washrooms. The washrooms are located in three (3) different buildings, Building 315, Building B325 and Building 360 at 900 Fifth Street in Nanaimo, BC.

VIU will be holding an optional site tour for contractors on December 2, 2020 at 9:00 am PT, meeting at the entrance to VIU's Welcome Centre - Building 300.
