Description

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from RFEOI and Pre-qualification for Demolition Contractors #162-09/17 and Re-opening #187-10/18 demolition services contractors to complete the specified Work

Only the following Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:

· 3R Demolition Corp.
· D. Litchfield & Co. Ltd
· Matcon Demolition Ltd.
· MWL Demolition LTD.
· Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd.
· T&T Demolition LTD
· Clearview Demolition Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on November 25th, 2020 commencing at 9:30AM. Tenderers are requested to meet on job site and shall wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the site visit. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requests that visitors fill out the Attachment P - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to purchasing.

Tenders will not be opened in public. All unverified results will be posted on the Owner's website by 10:00 am the next business day after the Tender Closing Time and Date.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Burnaby prefers to accept electronic bid submissions via email to purchasing until further notice. Delivery of hard copy submissions will continue to be accepted at this time as an alternative.

Please note: Email submissions could be delayed or rejected by the City of Burnaby's email security system. The onus is on the Tenderer to make sure the City receives the Tender submission before the closing date and time. Maximum email submission size is 50 MB. If your email submission is larger than 50 MB, please submit in multiple emails.
