Description

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD", invites Proposals for a qualified and experienced Consultant to develop a preliminary Development Cost Charge (DCC) program for the Regional Water Supply (RWS) service.
The contract will commence on the date of its execution and expire on December 31, 2022. At the sole discretion of the CRD the contract may be extended upon mutual agreement with the consultant(s) for up to one (1) year.
