Description

QUALITY CONTROL, TESTING, INSPECTION AND TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES

Every year ALC conducts "mystery shopper" visits at retail locations throughout Atlantic Canada to monitor adherence to our ticket and video lottery policies, which are intended to enhance the integrity of our games and better protect our players.

The RFP is an invitation to submit proposals for the provision of retaining a roster of qualified Compliance Shoppers to aid in the continued execution of ALC's Retail and Destination (i.e. video lottery) Compliance Programs throughout Atlantic Canada. These compliance inspections, conducted anonymously, test the adherence to AL's retail (i.e. player protection) and Destination (i.e. site standards responsible gambling policies).
