NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19
The parties acknowledge that the obligations of each party from time to time to meet certain terms and conditions of this Contract may be impeded by the COVID-19 pandemic and related issues. The parties agree to act in good faith by making all reasonable accommodations as the circumstances of the pandemic may require and each party will exercise reasonable efforts to comply with this Contract notwithstanding the effect of the pandemic. No party will require or encourage any person acting on
its behalf to violate the terms of any public health directive or to perform any act which would place such person at a material risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus.
Tenders shall be submitted using the PowerAdvocate Sourcing Intelligence? platform via the internet. The website address is http://www.poweradvocate.com No paper or faxed bids will be accepted.
To ensure consideration, Tenders shall be properly completed and uploaded to the Tender tab under Tab 2 - "Upload Documents". All datasheets must be completed for Tenders to be considered acceptable by NB Power. NB Power reserves the right to reject Tenders that do not comply with the submission instructions.
It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the PowerAdvocate platform) by the due date and time. Any Tender received after the stated date and time will be rejected.
The successful tenderer will be required to subscribe to the Contractor Information Management System (www.isnetworld.com). For more information please see the requirements set out in the Safety/Safety Regulations of this tender.
There will be no public tender openings.
