The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires cleaning services by implementing a cleaning services contract for two RCMP sites near the US border in Quebec.

All requested work applies to the two (2) sites listed in Annex E of the Request for Proposal. The scope of work includes the outdoor grounds as well as all levels of buildings, fixed or rented, identified in the site plans (see Annex E of the Request for Proposal).

There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

Mandatory Site Visit:

There will be a mandatory site visit on January 27th, 2021 at 9:00 am.

Bidders must have previously confirmed their presence or that of the authorized representative no later than January 13, 2021

and have obtained the required security clearance to participate in the site visit.

Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 332 Ridge Rd., Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle, QC J0J 1V0 then at 444a chemin Roxham Hemmingford, QC, J0L 1H0 on January, 27 th , 2021.

Basis of selection: The winning bidder will be selected based on the lowest responsive bid. To be considered responsive, a bid must meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria.

Inquiries sent by Bidders to the Contracting Authority between December 18, 2020 and January 3, 2021 will be answered as of January 4, 2021.
