Request for services - General Consulting Services
Invitation to submit a proposal for a Performance Review of Vitalite Health Network
Scope:
a) Analyse the Network's current performance:
- Optimization of human capital
- Clinical services
- Non-clinical services
- Leadership
- Governance
b) Review the results of various strategies, initiatives, indicators, plans, provincial priorities, community needs and profiles
c) Synthesize emerging themes from interviews and meetings with key stakeholders.
d) Identify best practices, emerging trends in different spheres and develop strategies and recommandations.
e) Write a report to present to the Board of Directors.
