Description

In line with the Government of Alberta’s commitment to support families with family managed PDD agreements or FSCD arrangements, this Expression of Interest (EOI) invites eligible entities to submit Proposals for the provision of Family Resource Centre (FRC) Services in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this EOI. Family Resource Centres (FRCs) are expected to support individuals with disabilities and their families. FRCs will provide Services that are uniquely tailored to support the needs of the individuals and families accessing family managed services within their service delivery area. Proposals meeting the minimum requirements set out in this EOI will be evaluated and screened to determine which Proposals best align with the Ministry’s goals for FRCs in Alberta. Winning Proponents will be awarded an operating Grant to provide FRC Services to Albertans.

Proponents are advised to pay careful attention to the wording used throughout this EOI. Failure to satisfy any term, condition or mandatory requirement of this EOI may result in rejection of the Proposal.
