Description

Halifax Public Libraries intends to negotiate and contract with StackMap a provider of library-centric indoor mapping tools. In accordance with applicable trade agreements, the Halifax Public Libraries (HPL) has chosen not to proceed with a competitive tendering process for provision of the tool and are unaware of any market competitors. Because of this, HPL recognizes that the services performed under this agreement can likely only be provided by StackMap, and no alternatives or substitutes fully meeting the requirements exist. Notice is hereby given by HPL of its intent to directly award a contract to StackMap to provide the Project Objective below for a term of at least three (3) years and not exceeding ten (10) years. The estimated value of the contract including option years is $330,000.
