Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of preliminary engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction management, and post construction services for creek bank restoration and stabilization along Waskasoo Creek, between 35 Street and 43 Street (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP.

Proponents should note that detailed design, procurement, construction management, and post-construction services are provisional and will not be awarded until preliminary engineering is complete and the City ensures sufficient budget exists to complete the project..
