This RFP is an invitation for qualified and experienced proponents to submit offers for an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) at RDC, to support the physical and mental health of eligible employees and their eligible dependents. The selected proponent must have qualified professionals to provide confidential counselling, wellness and support services to employees, as well as workplace support programs / resources to RDC. RDC expects that approximately five hundred and twenty (520) employees and approximately nine hundred (900) dependents are eligible to utilize services through the EFAP.
It is RDC’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFP with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favor of RDC to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on March 8, 2021.
Proposals received will be evaluated via a four stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDC.
