Description

The Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) has a legislated mandate to represent the interests of residential, small commercial and farm customers of regulated natural gas and electric utilities in Alberta. The UCA is currently intervening in the Alberta Utilities Commission Proceeding No. 26207 that will consider the Direct Energy Regulated Services (“DERS”) 2020-2022 Default Rate Tariff (“DRT”) and Regulated Rate Tariff (“RRT”) Non-Energy Application.

The UCA is seeking a Contractor with experience regarding the issues outlined in the DERS’ 2020-2022 Default Rate Tariff and Regulated Rate Tariff Non-Energy Application and an understanding of the potential impacts that may arise from a decision in Proceeding 26207, in order to represent electricity and natural gas consumers during the Proceeding and provide analyses with specific recommendations.
