Description

Island Health requires residential space for substance use treatment to be located in greater Victoria. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the proponent to provide approximately 15,000 usable square feet of functional lease space. The space is required for the operation of a Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment Program that will be offered from the Premises 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. The program will house forty (40) client rooms with ancillary space required to run the operation.
