This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 01E86-210440/A dated 2021/01/05 with a closing of 2021/01/21 at 14:00 EDT.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for a compound microscope and digital camera system including manuals, installation and training for delivery to Ottawa, Ontario.

Delivery is requested on or before March 31, 2021.

Bids will be assessed against the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
