Description

Description:

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Global Affairs Canada (GAC) requires storage, delivery, assembly, pick-up, delivery and maintenance service of our Pack-Up kits (PUKs). The purpose of these PUKs is to provide basic household items such as dishes and linens to employees of Canada ("Clients”) returning from overseas postings.

The contract period will be for three years from April 1st, 2021 to March 31, 2024 with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is April 1, 2021. However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date.

There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement.

Basis of selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
