Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the City of Langford (the "City") to prospective proponents ("Proponent") to submit proposals for the demolition and removal of the single family dwellings and related structures at 723 Massie, 727 Massie, 1100 Jenkins, 3160 Glen Lake Road, 727 Thomasset and 2960 Irwin. This project is to proceed immediately upon the contract execution and the demolition of 723 Massie, 727 Massie and 727 Thomasset is to be completed by April 30th, 2021.
