Description

The Ministry of Education (MOE) in a joint effort with the Lloydminster Catholic School Division, are
seeking the services of qualified Construction Manager to support and lead successful school construction
for the Holy Rosary High School Addition and Renovation project.The intent of this procurement process is to select a construction management firm with pre-construction
advisory and construction experience of similar scope, size, and value to the Holy Rosary High School
Renovation.
In order to complete this undertaking in a timely and cost-effective manner, the Lloydminster Catholic
School Board is interested in the services of a Construction Manager to improve the performance of the
project team by providing estimating, constructability and scheduling services throughout the duration of
the project. The selected Construction Manager will work with the school board, project management
team and prime consultant team from the pre-construction phase through to construction,
commissioning and handover.
