9 - SUPPLY of one (1) ¾ ton 4 x4 pick-up truck

Tenders must be received no later than 10:00 a.m on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 @ the Thorhild County Public Works office (white building with blue trim), Box 10, 21414 TWP 600A, Thorhild, Alberta, T0A 3J0.

Tender opening will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at the Public Works office.

Tenders MUST be clearly marked “3/4-ton 4x4 Pick-up Trucks” and delivered in person, mailed or couriered. If sending by mail or courier, please allow extra days for the tender package to reach us as our courier does not deliver until early afternoons. It shall be the contractor/suppliers responsibility to confirm with Owner that their tender has been received prior to tender closing.

The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The County reserves the right to accept a tender other than the lowest tender without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its bid, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the County to award the work to whomever it chooses in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the County deems appropriate.
