Description

Thorhild County is seeking proposals for the development of a new Land Use Bylaw (LUB). The purpose of this RFP is to select a Proponent that will ensure the successful creation, implementation and adoption of a new LUB. The following objectives must be met
Develop a LUB that
1. supports and compliments Thorhild County's Municipal Development Plan
2. is in compliance with provincial legislation
3. is user friendly
4. reflects and considers community consultation; and
5. reflects the County's unique opportunities.
The LUB is an essential document for any municipality within Alberta. The LUB is a set of regulations that a municipality implements to ensure safe and orderly development.
