Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and materials for the construction of a New Fixed Ramp, Cap-aux-Meules, Québec. The work covered by the Plans and Specifications includes, but is not limited to: Demolition and disposal of the existing transfer bridge and lifting towers. Hydraulic and electrical systems to be removed and drained and/or capped to within the existing mechanical and electrical building as directed by the Departmental Representative. Demolition and disposal of existing approach slab and asphalt surface. Reinstatement of approach slab and asphalt to revised elevations and slopes. Construction of a new concrete fixed ramp complete with steel pipe piles, pre-cast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, and asphalt. Maintain the stability and integrity of the existing structure and site utilities at all times during the work. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.113729.002 forming part of the bid document. The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by September 15th, 2021.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: greater than $1,000,001 - $5,000,000 (HST excluded). Standard bid and contract security for the construction is required.
