Description

The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) owns and operates, through agreement with two of our member municipality's, recreation facilities and is seeking a consultant to:

a. determine the condition of these facilities;
b. determine the remaining serviceable life;
c. prepare funding scenarios for maintenance and capital expenditures and/or replacement;
d. prepare preventative maintenance plans; and
e. prepare energy audits (where budget allows).

The facilities to be examined include:
1. North Peace Leisure Pool - 9505 100 Street, Fort St John, BC (includes meeting rooms and PRRD office)
2. Chetwynd & District Recreation Centre - 4552 North Access Road, Chetwynd, BC
