Description

To conduct the review and prepare the Report to Parliament, AAFC requires the services of a consultant with experience in the agriculture sector, and the skills and capabilities to assess the performance of the FDMS, pursuant to the requirements of the Act. The emphasis of this review will be to determine how effective the FDMS is in the current environment in which it operates.
