The work generally involves the construction of:

Surface and Underground Improvement Project
1. Removal and salvage of existing road structure (millings) 3,895 m3
2. Topsoil stripping and removal offsite to 150mm depth 5,675 m2
3. Trenching ad backfilling including disposal of surplus trench excavation 1,229 m2
4. Supply and install sanitary sewer 472 l.m.
5. Supply and install sanitary manhole 6 ea.
6. Supply and install sanitary lift station 1 ea.
7. Supply and install sanitary pressure sewer (directional drilling) 233 l.m.
8. Supply and install watermain 433 l.m.
9. Supply and install water valve 6 ea.
10. Supply and install hydrant c/w valve and required extensions 4 ea.
11. Supply and install sanitary service 219 l.m.
12. Supply and install copper water service 226 l.m.
13. Supply and install stormwater pipe 314 l.m.
14. Waste excavation and disposal of unsuitable material offsite 795 m3
15. Common excavation and grading 935 m3
16. Topsoiling and hydroseeding 4,550 m2
17. Subgrade preparation to 300mm depth 5,850 m2
18. Supply, place and compact 300mm depth minus 20mm gravel 5,850 m2
19. Supply, place and finish 100mm asphalt (2 lifts) 4,415 m2
