Description

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking bids from qualified proponents to provide annual inspections on Life Safety Systems consistent with Provincial Building Codes, and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) requirements. Inspections will be required for 11-Care Homes, 7-Group Homes and 1-Head Office located in Northern Alberta, Inspections include, but not limited to Fire Alarm Panel, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Range Hood, Fire Hydrant, Backflow Preventers, and peripheral devices (Smoke Detectors, Strobe Lights, etc.)
Proponents are able to respond to regional requirements independently or collectively.
