Description

Summary Details:
The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from Request for Qualification #147-07/20 Pre-Qualification of General Contractors Civic Projects up to $5 Million to complete the specified Work, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

Only the following Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project:

1. Alfred Horie Construction Co. Ltd.
2. Holaco Construction (1997) Ltd
3. Halse-Martin Construction Co. Ltd.
4. Heatherbrae Builders Co. Ltd.
5. Matra Construction Inc.
6. Pro-Can Construction Group Corporation
7. Willow Springs Construction (B.C.) Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on May 5, 2021 commencing at 09:30 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet in front of the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts located at 6450 Deer Lake Ave, Burnaby, BC V5G 2J3 and should wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and non-medical masks for the duration of the site visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out the Attachment O - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to Purchasing
