Background

and Scope of Work:

To contract for the professional services of a (Stream 1 A.2) ERP Functional Analyst Level 3 Consultant in support of SAP FI-FM (Funds Management) and CO (Controlling) modules at Health Canada.

Health Canada has been using SAP since 1999 and upgraded to SAP ECC 6.0 (Enhancement Pack 7) in 2015. At the present time, Health Canada hosts 5 departments on it’s SAP system: Health Canada (HC), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB), Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), Indigenous Services of Canada (ISC), and Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor). We support ~9000 SAP users that rely on SAP ECC to execute their job requirements. 

In order for Health Canada to remain current with SAP Government of Canada cluster as well as industry and to benefit from current SAP functionality, the SAP system must be supported and enhanced to meet the needs of our business clients. This resource will be responsible for working with the team lead and Chief of FIRMS to ensure the ongoing operations of the FM and CO modules including providing analysis and design regarding the migration to S4 HANA, and providing support on various projects that impact the FM and CO modules.
