Description

The District of Oak Bay (the District) is seeking a qualified engineering consultant for the survey and design of an underground utility upgrade project to be constructed in 2022. The project is located on Runnymede Place between Runnymede Avenue and McNeill Avenue in the District of Oak Bay.
