Description

The City of Moose Jaw ("the City") is inviting proposals from qualified contractors (Proponents) to provide the Rooftop Solar Power Installation work

The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select a qualified Proponent to enter into a Work Agreement with the City for the performance of the Work. Further details about the Work required by the City are set out in Schedule "A" – Work Requirements.

The City will hold a site walk-through of all three locations on Friday, June 11, 2021. 10. In order to better understand the anticipated needs for the Work, proponents considering the submission of a proposal are encouraged to attend the Proponent meeting. 11. Due to the concerns over the COVID-19 outbreak, proponents will be asked to register for the proposed site meeting by emailing Design and Development Technician, Anjana Alex by email before Wednesday, June 9, 2021 with the following information: Name of representative(s), company name, and date attending. The City will be providing available time slots to the registered Proponent to avoid larger gatherings as per Saskatchewan Health recommendations. Masks are mandatory at all times during the site walk-through.
