150-06/21 - Capital Re-Roofing Program - Various Buildings

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from pre-qualified roofing contractors to complete the specified work, all as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

Following Request for Qualification #177-08/20, only the following pre-qualified roofing contractors will be invited to tender this project.

2. Bollman Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd.
3. Flynn Canada Ltd.
4. Harvard Industries Ltd.
5. Homan Roofing Ltd.
6. Mack Kirk Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd.
7. Marine Roofing (1996) Ltd.
8. Transwest Roofing Ltd.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on June 17, 2021 commencing at 09:00 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet in front of the Burnaby City Hall (Entrance toward the courtyard) located at 4949 Canada Way, Burnaby. A site visit for the Confederation Park - Rail Workshop located at 120 Willingdon Ave N, Burnaby will be held after the site visit of City Hall at an estimated time of 09:45 A.M. All attendees should wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and non-medical masks for the duration of the site visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out Attachment M - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to Purchasing.
